Ok guys, You gave us hard time! I thank =kitten-chan for her help on judging!

So, who are the finalists? ~
Here are 12 finalists for EACH category. That means: 12 gemstones finalists and 12 tarots cards finalists!

After the vote time, I'll give the honorable mentions! They didn't made it to finalists but their entries were way too cool not to be mentioned (because it was too horrible to just choose 12 in each category)

YOU PROBABLY WONDER WHY I AM CLOSING THE VOTES EARLIER, if you do please read the following:

I gave everyone a chance of being judged by all the people who wanted to vote for their favorite piece. I wanted to see if my choices would fit the "popular view".
Well, I should have guessed that it would have been the way it's turning.
I mean, come on, it's a contest, if you don't believe in yourself or in your friend's talent enough to let it flows and take it like it comes... oh well you know what I mean.

What happens is that I have a large amount of votes coming from popular deviants (I'm talking about popular deviants's journal like "help a friend winning" ). Those who don't have any relation in DeviantART have absolutely NO CHANCE OF WINNING if we go this way. Of course I don't mind your own watchers to vote for you, that's fair. (But at least, tell them to vote for 2 other entries haha)

I don't want to blame anyone, nor making justice preveals but I think this is really wrong for the ones who worked a lot on their entries and will be overwhelmed by "I vote #45 because someone told me to do so"
Do you really think that is fair? It's an illustration contest, not a popularity or relation contest.

So, that is it. Jury will choose the winners, not voters, sorry about that.

3, because its so wonderfully simplistic... it really strikes me...
16, because it represents the theme very well, and i just love the style
and 23, because... once again, it simply strikes me... its so... vibrant... the pose and expression are a nice contrast to the vibrant contrast and colour... just as the wheel of fortune can have such a reversible meaning...

4, beautiful coloring, and I think it represents the stone very nicely
7, rad style, interesting interpretation and overall well done
16, looove the style and the simle style of coloring, as well as color palate used.

It was hard to choose, there were a lot of good entries~!!

I really like the way that 10 came out 'cause it reminds me that gems are precious, like little children? 8D ok that came out strange. but you get my point

and i like that all three artists i voted for went for a different view of the topic they picked.

Hi!, well... i'll like to vote for these 3:
21:Ii think this one is the most detailed of all,the expression on the face of the girl, the jewlry, the cloding, very colorfull, just like our world! and the meaning is powerfull.

20: The colored is very soft and clear, the pose and reaction of the girl is nice.

19: The situation in the card, the expression of the character and everything in self shows us a real fool ! XD
